Day started good. Oliver was eating better, his O2 was better, and he spent a lot of quality time with his mom.
However, around noon, he had a bit of blood in his stool. They stopped his food and put him back on antibiotics again (yes, IV line is back). They are also (again!) doing X-rays, this time of his abdomen to exclude NEC. He is unhappy as he is hungry. His X-rays came back good, his CDC is also good and we are waiting for another X-ray tomorrow and for the cultures to come back.
I feel so bad that I want to scream.
