1. After RE digest add 200 l dH₂O & 4 l 5M NaCl.
2. Extract 1 X with 200 l phenol.
3. Centrifuge 1 min @ 14K RPM.
4. Remove upper phase to a new tube.
5. Extract 1 X with 200 l chlorophorm/isoamyl alcohol 24/1.
6. Centrifuge 1 min @ 14K RPM.
7. Remove upper phase to a new tube.
8. Add 1/10 volume of 3M Na - Acetate & 3 vol EtOH.
9. Precipitate @ -80C for 30 min.
10. Centrifuge 5 min @ 14K RPM.
11. Wash with 70% EtOH once.
12. Let pellet air dry.
13. Resuspend in 20 l H₂O
14. Use 4 l for ligation.
