Even thought the night has already fallen, I've decided to go ahead and complete another part of my trip. After a very brief rest at Yaounde, I took off towards the capital of Congo, Kinshasa. The suggested altitude for this flight was 7,500 ft. and since that sounded reasonable, I've decided to go with it. So, after a takeoff, I've climbed to my designated altitude, set the heading to 159, a direct route from Yaounde to Kinshasa. This time, there was no sightseeing being dark and all. Hence only a few screen shots below (takeoff and final approach). Other than some turbulence (thunderstorms), the flight was mostly uneventful. |
