Around the world in Cessna 182

June 01, 2004
Delhi, India (VIDP) to Kolkata, India (VECC)

With the first rays of the Sun, I got ready to continue towards Kolkata (Calcutta), India. Today's flight was not really very exciting, I was crossing the flatlands of Indian subcontinent, just below the Himalayas (which I did not see). The weather was perfect, winds calm, and the trip was routine, together with the approach and landing.

Other than admiring how nice and green everything below me was (yes I live in a desert, and I like to see green landscape), there was not much to do during this flight. The autopilot was busy, and I was mostly reading. I can now rest and prepare for the next one. Over and out.
